Our Story

Every hostel reflects its culture, hosts, and travelers. Across two years and 17+ countries, 100 Hostels became a journey into community, belonging, freedom, and resilience.

What We Learned

Human Cooperation

Shared values help strangers create a common atmosphere.

Temporary Community

Strangers often leave as friends connected by experience.

Shared Experiences

A shared meal or story can become a lasting memory.

Resilience

Trust and adaptability help communities survive disruption.

The Vision

A hostel inspired by the best lessons of one hundred others would:

  • Encourage meaningful connection
  • Balance freedom with shared responsibility
  • Support travelers, creators, and remote workers
  • Foster sustainability and cooperation
  • Turn stays into memorable experiences

What Travel Teaches

Travel teaches humility, beauty, courage, adaptability, curiosity, and how to live with less while experiencing more.
